About 12 years ago, I closed on my first home with Ty. Since then, I have had two kids change jobs and enjoyed the home that I purchased for just me. Over the years I have talked to Ty multiple times and ask him for help on several things at my house. He’s always answered the phone and happily been there to help. He has always recommended good people. In 2022 I had to sell my home so that I could buy a bigger one really fit and needs of my family and gave me the backyard that I always wanted. My first call was Ty. He came out with one of his agents they gave me a price range. They would recommend we should list my home for! They also give me some suggestions on some updates even recommended some people to help me do it. We sold it in no time! I think the best part was that it wasn’t just Ty and one Agent selling my home. It turned out that it was three or four agents that really got the job done at his brokerage. Ty basically orchestrated everything and the agents promoted, got open houses done and had multiple showings. I remember Ty told me that his company was like family and honestly, they worked like it too. I recently called Ty again about my property taxes and he talked me through some things on my new home. I can tell you that even after all of these years talking to Ty is like talking to him Without any time passing…. he’s not just a broker, Agent, guy who runs a company he treats you like family. Ty guides you with expertise and amazing knowledge. Truly, I’ve never had to call another agent and honestly, I probably never will.
